Today Meizu posted an image asking the users ‘Big Package or Slim Frame? Which one will you pick?’ and added the caption “Something’s coming!”
The poster indicates that the Meizu 16Xs will have a Big Battery of 4000mAh, and the word ‘Slim frame’ reveals that it will have very slim bezels.
A few days ago, the well-known leaking website slashleaks exposed a photo of Meizu 16Xs colorful plastic shell. Unfortunately, the leaked snaps show that Meizu 16Xs will not have a ring-flash LED.
The rear lens of the model is arranged vertically in the upper left corner of the back cover, and the bottom is a flash opening, and the overall body shape is relatively round. The Meizu 16Xs back cover will be made of plexiglass.
The smartphone runs on Flyme 7 based on the Android 9.0 Pie operating system. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 712 with clock speed up to 2.3 GHz, 64-bit 8 core Processor and will be available in 6GB+64GB / 6GB+128GB.
Meizu 16Xs has a 6.2 inches Super AMOLED, FHD+ Display resolution of 2232 x 1080 Pixels, 19:9 Aspect Ratio. And it will spot a 48 MP f/1.8, 1.55 µm + 20 MP 1.0 µm PDAF AF Rear Camera and 20 MP f/2.0 Front Camera.
Today, Meizu’s camera engineer released 16Xs wide-angle shots on Weibo, it is almost unlikely to see the edge distortion effect. Also worth noting is the logo in the lower left corner, which seems to indicate that the camera is dual-camera.

It is confirmed that Meizu 16Xs follows the In-Display fingerprint trend and will release on 30th May 2019 and as far the price is unknown.
